Cooking from scratch has become less common in our busy lives.  Some might go as far to say that it is a lost art!  This three-part cooking series will combine the old with the new, fresh ingredients with a dash of modern technology.  We will be demonstrating all of the steps of a homemade dinner pie, pear tart and pumpkin pie.  Classes will be held in the gracious center hallway at Rock Hall.  At the completion of each class we will all eat Pie!
